An Order Placed message and Entry Trade ID indicate an order request was placed. Use the order ID to check the broker’s order history and confirm its final status, filled quantity and fill price. A received alert or order ID alone does not prove a completed fill.

Ensure the correct account is selected in Tradovate. Check the order status to see if it was rejected due to low funds. If issues persist, book a support session via this link.

TradingView alert routing and manual trade copying are separate workflows. For the documented Tradovate Manual Trade Copier, place the source trade in TradingView connected to Tradovate and copy it to configured Tradovate followers. The ProjectX Trade Copier uses PickMyTrade’s Place Trade flow with a ProjectX master and configured ProjectX or Tradovate followers. Follow the guide for your exact route; a supported broker connection does not mean every manual source-to-follower combination is supported. cTrader and Ironbeam support alert automation, not trade copying.

If you have multiple accounts within a single Tradovate account, you do not need multiple PickMyTrade subscriptions. If you have multiple individual Tradovate accounts, you will need separate PickMyTrade accounts for each Tradovate account.

Ensure you have selected only one admin account in PickMyTrade. Check if you have disabled Tradovate's built-in copy trading, as it may result in duplicate trades. If trades are missing, provide Trade ID and Account ID to PickMyTrade support for investigation.

The alert logic is yours and it stays in TradingView. In TradingView, create an alert on your own indicator or strategy for each condition you want to act on. Remove the default message and paste the JSON payload that PickMyTrade generates for your account. Use the correct webhook URL (v2/add-trade-data-latest). Set the alert expiration to open-ended if you don't want it to expire. Make sure your TradingView alert and your PickMyTrade order settings match, so that the order is sent exactly as you intend. PickMyTrade does not tell you what to trade or when.
